To learn more, visit us at http://www.saputo.com/en/careers The Human Resources Generalist serves as a vital link between Saputo's team members, management, and external services groups; driving excellence in all facets of the human resources function. What You'll Do at Saputo Be a key onsite business partner by developing strong relationships with employees leading to an understanding of how HR can best support each Saputo Department. Support HR Manager and employees with program administration, employee relations, retention, payroll, safety, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, worker's compensation. Conduct onboarding, employee exits, investigations, and other employee engagement activities. Interprets, develops and ensures consistent application of all Saputo policies. Key Talent Acquisition leader, responsible for role assessment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reference/background checks, job offers, orientation and HRIS transactions (Workday preferred). Coordinate office events and volunteer events, order supplies, resolve facilities concerns and other duties as required. Who Is Right for The Role? Minimum 3-5 years of HR and recruiting experience. Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships and influence and guide others. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, problem solving, organization and time management skills. Current knowledge of legal requirements for human resources, labor, and safety. Ability to remain approachable and accessible to employees on all shifts. What can Saputo Do for You? Salary Range:

$ 61,820 to $77,275 Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training .
