Overview:
This Human Resources role supports a variety of human resources initiatives. This role will assist in hiring processes, performance management and development processes, and administration of human resources activities and programs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources and knowledge of human resources best practices.
Job Description:
Assist in all areas of human resources: talent management, comp and benefits, compliance, HRIS, HR communications Support development and administration of HR practices and policies including usage of ADP systems Deliver HR programs as a generalist, monitor and measure success
Qualifications, Skills, Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources Experienced in administering human resources best practices and delivering HR programs Knowledge of FLSA, Leave administration and Worker's compensation a plus Experience with ADP or similar HR systems (Workday, Peoplesoft, etc) a plus
