Dayton, OH Salary:

  • 80k Our client, a rapidly growing consumer products manufacturer, is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support their Dayton, OH facility.
This role will partner closely with leadership to manage day-to-day HR operations and foster a positive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting, including partnering with managers to identify talent needs Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation Process weekly payroll and support benefits and leave administration Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Spanish (required) 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law Experience with payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now a plus) Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills Ability to build relationships on the production floor and in the office #
