This role will be a "hands on" role and is a full time permanent position with our client. The successful candidate will perform HR duties in regard to all aspects of the plant. They will work with various internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams as well external solutions from ideations to implementation.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of Human Resources experience or at least five (5) years of experience in the human resources field. All experience preferably in a manufacturing plant environment. Individual must be Bilingual - English/Spanish Strong Microsoft Office skills are required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge and experience working with an HRIS system (Kronos/UKG preferred) Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ethical behavior. High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive employee situations with professionalism and care. Able to adjust to a fast paced working environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
