Part-Time | Approximately 25 Hours per Week About the Role We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As the sole HR representative in the U.S. , you will support employees and managers across key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, HR systems, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Group HR Manager in Denmark , you will work closely together to align on recruitment activities, employee matters, HR priorities, and global initiatives. In addition to supporting the U.S. organization, you will also provide remote HR support to our Canadian entity. This role is ideal for a self-driven HR professional who enjoys working independently while collaborating with international colleagues in a dynamic and growing organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in the U.S. and provide remote HR support to the Canadian entity Partner closely with the Group HR Manager in Denmark to ensure alignment on recruitment, employee relations, HR initiatives, and company policies Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and support Managers in pre-on

Support employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. employment laws and support HR compliance activities for Canada Assist with HR reporting, employee surveys, training initiatives, and process improvements Contribute to a positive employee experience and support the company's culture and values Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience required Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws is required & exposure to Canadian employment practices and HR administration for British Colombia is an asset Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a stand-alone HR role Experience in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, HR operations, and HR compliance Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools to support HR operations, reporting, employee data management, and process improvements Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Why Join Us?
