HR Generalist Manufacturing

What You'll Be Doing:

As our HR Generalist, you'll be a key part of helping employees and leaders succeed by: 1-Recruiting and onboarding new team members 2-Assisting with training, events, performance management, and employee development 3-Supporting payroll, attendance, benefits, and HR administration 4-Partnering with supervisors and employees on the production floor 5-Helping maintain a positive, respectful, and accountable culture 6-Ensuring HR practices remain compliant and organized This is not a "sit behind a desk all day" HR role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being visible, approachable, and engaged with employees throughout the facility.

What We're Looking For:
