Job Description

Provides contribution and support to HR Team, under the supervision and direct report to the
HR Manager:
This position is responsible for providing general HR support for the organization in areas such as staffing, HR policies, payroll, training, and record keeping. This position is expected to comply with KoMiCo's policies and procedures, operational work plans, company calendar and teamwork expectations in the conduct of professional activities as communicated by the manager. The position occupant is expected to maintain skills and knowledge essential for successful job performance by means of workshops, seminars, off-site training and research.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Recruitment, new-hire on-boarding, employee relations, payroll input and benefit entries as coordinated by the HR Manager. Receives information from employees as liaison to be communicated to management through HR reporting. Detail oriented, professional presence. Responsible for Company On Boarding Process. Responsible for and maintains Company payroll and time clock administration. Responsible for and maintains Company benefit enrollment and notifications as needed. Duties may include completion and upkeep of personnel records, organizational training and development as part of the HR team. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job. Follows relevant compliance and regulatory guidelines. Utilizes knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within HR. Knowledge of management, supervisory, leadership methods and principles. Knowledge of organization, operating procedures, and policies of the human resource department. Fair knowledge of techniques of interviewing, selecting and recruiting applicants for employment. Knowledge of modern office procedures and processes. Relevant computer software and hardware applications knowledge. Ability to speak, write and read the English language. Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations. Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work. Experience:
Must have HR experience (2 Years) or college degree in HR related subject. Payroll experience a plus Benefits administration a plus HRIS experience a plus • Experience with Industrial Plant environment a plus
