At our Merle-Smith Campus, you'll coach 10-14 upper school students per week - learners with ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences, as well as gifted students and high-achievers navigating the demands of a rigorous college-preparatory environment. Through personalized 45-minute sessions, you'll help them build the executive functioning skills, self-monitoring habits, and metacognitive confidence that last well beyond graduation. This isn't remediation. It's transformation. You'll work alongside teachers, partner with families, and serve on our Student Support Team - ensuring every learner has a strategy that works for them.
