HR Operations and Payroll Analyst Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized people-focused professional who thrives in a role where no two days look the same. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys blending talent acquisition, employee experience, payroll administration, and operational support into one highly impactful position. This individual will serve as a trusted internal resource-helping create an exceptional employee experience while ensuring the organization's people processes run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-driven, proactive, and equally comfortable handling employee relations conversations, payroll deadlines, recruiting initiatives, and office operations. If you love building structure, supporting people, and keeping the engine running behind the scenes, this could be an outstanding next step. What You'll Be Responsible For Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from crafting compelling job postings and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer support, and seamless onboarding. Serve as the go-to resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, procedures, and workplace practices. Help create a positive, engaging, and responsive employee experience across the organization. Support employee relations matters, coaching conversations, documentation, and performance management initiatives. Coordinate employee recognition programs, engagement activities, training initiatives, and compliance education. Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and confidential personnel documentation. Partner with leadership to help foster a productive, collaborative, and people-first workplace culture. Payroll & Employee Compensation Administration Own the accurate and timely processing of biweekly payroll. Maintain payroll records, compensation changes, timekeeping data, and employee earnings adjustments. Audit payroll information to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage payroll changes including bonuses, reimbursements, garnishments, and special adjustments. Serve as the primary internal resource for employee payroll questions and issue resolution. Partner with accounting/finance on payroll reporting, tax documentation, and year-end processing. Business Operations & Administrative Leadership Coordinate company travel arrangements and related logistics. Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment management, and vendor relationships. Manage service agreements and administrative partnerships to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2-5 years of progressive experience in human resources, people operations, or HR administration. Hands-on payroll processing experience required. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, payroll regulations, and HR best practices. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal communication skills with a service-oriented, approachable style. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee matters. Ideal Profile You may be a great fit if you are: ? A relationship-builder who enjoys helping employees succeed ? Highly organized and energized by juggling multiple priorities ? Detail-oriented enough to catch payroll discrepancies before they become problems ? Comfortable shifting between recruiting, employee support, compliance, and operations ? Proactive, resourceful, and always looking for ways to improve processes Why This Role Matters This is more than an HR support role-it's an opportunity to become a key player in shaping employee experience, strengthening operational excellence, and helping build a workplace where people can thrive.
