Position Summary The Talent Specialist is responsible for executing high-quality, high-volume recruiting activities to support OneWell Health Care's growth across multiple states. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for clinical, direct care, and administrative positions while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational values. Position Scope This position supports full-cycle recruiting for multi-state hiring operations and works closely with HR leadership, hiring managers, and operations teams. The Talent Specialist manages multiple requisitions simultaneously and plays a key role in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to meet ongoing and anticipated workforce needs. Key Responsibilities Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach efforts Review applications and conduct phone/video screenings Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process Support job offers and pre-employment requirements (background checks, credentials, drug screens) Maintain accurate hiring records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates from application through hire Regulatory Frameworks This role operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEO, FLSA, background check requirements, and healthcare-related hiring and credentialing standards. Confidentiality The Talent Specialist is required to maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate, employee, and organizational information, including personal data, hiring decisions, and internal communications, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. Documentation Requirements Accurate and timely entry of candidate and hiring data into ATS and HR systems Completion and maintenance of required hiring, compliance, and audit documentation Proper handling and storage of confidential records Certifications Relevant Human Resources or recruiting certifications are preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required Experience recruiting in healthcare, IDD, HCBS, home care, or related fields preferred Multi-state and/or high-volume recruiting experience preferred Technical Skills Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Strong sourcing techniques across multiple platforms Ability to generate hiring reports and track recruitment metrics Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business systems Languages English is required. Bilingual skills are a plus. Driver License A valid driver's license is required for this position. Travel Requirement Minimal travel may be required for job fairs, hiring events, or team meetings, as business needs dictate.
