Role:

The Talent Intern supports the Talent and HR team with learning and development initiatives, content creation, and program coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, learning programs, and HR operations while contributing to meaningful projects that support employee growth. The Talent Intern also assists with recruiting and general HR tasks, contributing to a well-rounded and integrated people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Support learning programs including onboarding and leadership development Help design and update training materials (presentations, guides, eLearning content) Assist with training logistics, communications, and facilitation support Support learning and HR-related projects and documentation Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, course setup, and reporting Provide exposure to recruiting and general HR activities Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Psychology or a related field Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail Interest in learning, talent development, or HR Familiarity with Microsoft Office; design or eLearning tools a plus What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in learning and talent development Exposure to content development, program management, and instructional design Mentorship from HR and Talent professionals Opportunity to contribute to real, high-impact projects We treat our employees right: TW Metals, LLC. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
