Part-Time or Full-Time Internship (Summer) Position Overview The Human Resources Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Training & Development, and HR Operations. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a fast-paced, multi-site organization. This internship provides meaningful exposure to real HR initiatives, offering the opportunity to contribute to day-to-day operations while supporting key strategic projects. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards and LinkedIn Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling Support candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience Onboarding & HR Operations Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance tracking Help maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy Support pre-employment screening and onboarding workflows Employee Experience & Engagement Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events Support internal communications and HR announcements Help track and analyze engagement data and feedback Training & Development Support training coordination, including scheduling and materials preparation Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) updates and reporting Contribute to development of training resources and guides HR Compliance & Administration Support HR team with compliance-related tasks (I-9 tracking, audits, file management) Assist with policy updates and documentation Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee informatio Special Projects Participate in HR projects and initiatives across various functional areas Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Rising senior or recent graduate strongly preferred Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn What You'll Gain Exposure to all functional areas of Human Resources Hands-on experience supporting a growing organization Mentorship from experienced HR leaders Opportunity to build foundational HR skills and professional network Additional Details This is an onsite position based in Birdsboro and King of Prussia, PA Schedule flexibility may be available based on academic commitments
