Job Overview At StevensLee, the Legal RecruitingIntegration Specialist plays a key role in the firm's associate hiring and onboarding efforts, managing the full lifecycle of associate recruitment and ensuring a seamless, hightouch integration experience. The position works closely with practice group leadership, shareholders, and administrative colleagues to attract, onboard, and retain top associate talent, while also providing operational and strategic support for shareholder recruiting and integration initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Lead all aspects of associate recruiting, including lateral associates, entrylevel associates, law students and hiring of other lawyers or client-facing professionals as assigned. Serve as primary point of contact for associate candidates throughout the recruiting and interview process. Facilitate relationships with external legal recruiters, including recommendations concerning the utilization of legal recruiters. Facilitate relationships with potential candidates. Oversee candidate pipelines, job postings and applicant tracking system (ATS). Schedule interviews with shareholders, associates and other client-facing professionals across multiple offices and practice groups. Prepare interview materials and candidate summaries. Make recommendations to firm leadership concerning candidate offers. Prepare offers, driving approvals and intrafirm communication in collaboration with firm leadership. Direct law school campus recruiting initiatives, including managing recruitment for the firm's summer associate program and making recommendations to firm leadership about schools from which to recruit. Maintain accurate recruiting and onboarding data including regular reporting on associate recruiting activity, hiring timelines, and integration outcomes. Track integration milestones and proactively address integration challenges. Provide logistical and administrative support for shareholder recruiting initiatives, including interview coordination and candidate communications. Assist with onboarding and execution of shareholder integration plans in partnership with senior leadership. Support preparation of recruiting materials and shareholder hiring and integration data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 2-5 years' experience supporting legal recruiting in law firm environment. Exposure to shareholder recruitment preferred but not required. Experience with lawyer integration and/or professional development programs. Familiarity with legal recruiting markets, external recruitment professionals and industry compensation structures. Experience using ATS and/or HRIS platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized; detail oriented. Ability and willingness to work extended hours during high volume recruiting periods, including attending evening events.
