8 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Staff scheduling Bachelor's degree Staffing management Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description The RMC Workforce Strategist examines the daily operations of the enterprise labor management plan from a 24 x 7 central communication center. Responsible for the monitoring and functions as the system administrator/strategist for the Nursing Scheduling System to ensure the health system's labor resource is being utilized efficiently. Provides strategic and tactical support analyzing and interpreting data to create reports for distribution to leadership and end users. Performs qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and works with leaders to validate information to in order to support operational and strategic decision making. Will utilize data from scheduling system to design and develop visualizations, interactive dashboards, and other displays to communicate results effectively. Supports and trains health system end users on the clinical application of the Scheduling System. Supervises, evaluates, guides and counsels Resource Management Center office staff in their work performance. Education Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred Experience 3 years experience in related field Required General Experience in Healthcare quality and/or data management Required General Experience Previous experience with staffing/scheduling systems Required General Experience building and sustaining positive relationships with internal and external partners Required General Experience with staff supervision Preferred Licenses
