Job Description:
Our client is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Newtown, PA. This individual will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, culture-building, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and performance management. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the organization's continued growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for both hourly and salaried positions Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off Process bi-weekly payroll in coordination with Finance Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws Lead performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and documentation Promote and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the organization's values Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement Assist with compliance initiatives, audits, and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and payroll systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite If interested please submit the following information to be considered for this role: Updated resume Why are you looking to leave your current position, or if in transition, why.
