HR Generalist

We're seeking an HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day human resources operations while serving as a trusted partner to leadership and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing employee relations, recruiting support, and HR best practices in a people‑focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Support all aspects of HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management + Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, and HR programs + Partner with leadership to support recruiting, interviews, and hiring initiatives + Assist with orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive new‑hire experience + Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies + Support training initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and HR projects + Assist with payroll coordination, audits, and reporting as needed Requirements + Experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role + Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and compliance + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities + Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office + A collaborative, approachable, and problem‑solving mindset
