• Our Kelly Education Talent Advisor is accountable for:
• + Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance + Executing programs that driveredeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication + Actively inform Talent of safety policies, standardmethodologies,and updates + Driving and executing process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores + Maintaining operational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services to meet the customer needs •

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• + Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language + Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships + Results-Oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment + Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management Seeking minimum 2 years' experience in education, staffing, HR, Talent Management, and/or related area of expertise.

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity with hours of operation Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Must have the ability to travel up to 20% to local hiring, talent, school, or other applicable events. A valid US driver's license in good standing is required. Base pay range for this position is $ $52,000-65,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
