ASAP About the Role Beacon Hill's client in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Contract Recruiting Specialist to support high-volume hiring across a large, multi-state retail footprint. This is an immediate need due to increased recruiting demands and upcoming team coverage gaps. This individual will play a key role in supporting store-level hiring needs, partnering closely with Store Managers and the internal team to ensure timely and effective recruitment for leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail store leadership positions (e.g., Sales Leaders, Assistant Managers) Conduct initial candidate screens and assess qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews with Store Managers Manage offer process and execution Partner with HR to transition candidates for onboarding (background checks, E-Verify, etc.) Provide recruiting support to locations experiencing hiring challenges Assist with training, operational support, and employee data entry as needed Maintain and track candidate activity within the ATS Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (retail or high-volume preferred) Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions (15-20/month) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred) LinkedIn sourcing experience strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills 1460046_1779381231 To Apply for this Job Click Here Excited about this job?
