Job Description

Data Management Specialist Morris Plains, New Jersey, United States Apply Now Back to Search Weichert Co is hiring a Data Management Specialist to work out of our Morris Plains office. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office. The Data Management Specialist is responsible for performing data entry and database processing for recruiting purposes. The position is also responsible for maintaining the recruiting CRM and other databases. The position provides clerical support to Talent Acquisition team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Downloads targeted information from various recruiting systems and databases. Ensures that the downloaded files are formatted properly for upload into CRM and/or other recruiting systems. Works with the recruiting team to provide clerical assistance, including inputting prospects and assigning leads. Provides administrative support for the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruiting Specialist team. Assists with special projects as assigned by management. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education, Certification, and License Requirements High school diploma or GED Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Zero (0) to two (2) years of related data entry experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products Good oral and written communications skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.) The estimated base salary range for this position is from $40,000-$50,000. In addition to a base salary, this position offers a competitive bonus plan. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or licenses/certifications.
