Job Title:
Head of Human Resources Job Description The Head of Human Resources for the US is responsible for overseeing US HRBP functions and Employee Relations. This role reports directly to the US General Manager and functionally to the Global
COO/CCO HRBP
Leader, serving as a member of the US Leadership team, which manages over 1500 US-based members and all US business verticals with an $18B+ portfolio. The HR leader will play a key role in creating a purposeful and inclusive workplace, focusing on the global People Strategy, corporate strategy, and US business objectives. Responsibilities Drive the implementation of best-in-class HR services and foster continuous team development. Inspire and influence senior leadership by providing strategic counsel grounded in data-driven insights. Champion a values-driven culture and lead progressive, enterprise-wide initiatives. Collaborate across functions to embed HR initiatives into daily workflows. Lead initiatives that elevate member experience and business performance. Set strategic priorities for the US Leadership Team. Drive transformational change and make bold, innovative decisions. Provide advice, coaching, and challenge the US Leadership team. Attract, lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals. Proactively communicate and drive the HR agenda with stakeholders. Create amazing member experiences through lifecycle management. Plan, structure, organize, manage, and control the HR department. Represent the People strategy during customer/partner interactions. Drive equity and inclusion in the region. Essential Skills Proven and progressive HR experience in a senior leadership role. Responsible for HR strategy development, execution, organizational development, and HR Operations.
Strong business acumen:
understanding of business drivers, financials, and excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and engage with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization. Additional Skills & Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a field related to human resources is preferred.
