A great UHY client is seeking a Healthcare Client Onboarding Specialist to support client onboarding and engagement efforts. This role is highly client-facing, focused on managing inbound leads, scheduling appointments, and helping individuals navigate services in a supportive and professional manner. The Healthcare Client Onboarding Specialist role is a fully remote, client direct hire position. This position offers strong growth potential and a collaborative, people-focused environment. Healthcare Client Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities Manage inbound client inquiries and schedule appointments Guide prospective clients through service offerings and intake process Handle leads from multiple sources (online platforms, referrals, etc.) Utilize CRM and EMR systems to input and manage client information Assist clients in identifying appropriate services and providers Support insurance-related questions and processes Maintain accurate and organized client records Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience Healthcare Client Onboarding Specialist Requirements 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles (healthcare preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (Zoho or similar preferred) Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Understanding of insurance processes is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
