Job Description

Job Description An Insight Global customer in the semiconductor industry is looking to hire a part-time HR Coordinator to join their growing Arizona team. This person will be responsible for scheduling interviews and meetings and successfully completing onboarding procedures as the company expands their operations. Most of the job will focus on scheduling for now as the team hires new team members, but as the team scales, more onboarding tasks will take over this person's schedule (submitting and tracking background checks, consistent candidate communication, paperwork completion, confirming orientations, etc.). As a part time role, this person will only be working 30 hours a week. It is expected that this person works on-site in Tempe 5 days a week, but there is some flexibility with working from home one day a week. The schedule looks like 8AM
  • 2PM or 9AM
  • 3 PM M-F, however there is some flexibility there as well as long as core business hours are covered. This is a 6-9 month contract role and we can offer between $21
  • 25/hr.
If this person exceeds expectations by being proactive and attentive to details, then it is likely the team will be able to convert this into a full-time role. Exact compensation may vary based on education, experience, etc. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
