Job Description
What You'll Do:
New Hire Administration Electronic Employee File Management Orientation & Engagement Administration Performance Management & Retention Support Termination & Offboarding Administration Administrative & Team Support What You Bring:
Required Competencies- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- High attention to detail and compliance
- Professional and empathetic communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong customer service orientation Qualifications / Experience
- 0-4 years HR administrative experience
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services environments preferred
- Familiarity with union environments a plus
- Experience with Dayforce or comparable HRIS systems preferred Work Location & Schedule
- On-site five days per week, with occasional remote work based on performance and operational needs
- Occasional travel to other work locations for training or outreach Why Us?
