Job Description

The Edinburg Center HR Coordinator Bedford, MA Apply At The Edinburg Center, we live by a simple idea: "They do not live where you work—you work where they live." What You'll Do:
New Hire Administration Electronic Employee File Management Orientation & Engagement Administration Performance Management & Retention Support Termination & Offboarding Administration Administrative & Team Support What You Bring:
Required Competencies
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and compliance
  • Professional and empathetic communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong customer service orientation Qualifications / Experience
  • 0-4 years HR administrative experience
  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services environments preferred
  • Familiarity with union environments a plus
  • Experience with Dayforce or comparable HRIS systems preferred Work Location & Schedule
  • On-site five days per week, with occasional remote work based on performance and operational needs
  • Occasional travel to other work locations for training or outreach Why Us?
