Key Responsibilities:

Support HR onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and timelyTrack onboarding progress and employee data in Excel, maintaining high levels of accuracy and organizationPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate start dates, onboarding activities, and compliance requirementsAssist with compliance-related tasks, including document management and audit supportMonitor multiple workflows simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and milestones are metProvide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
