Responsibilities / What
You'll Do Spearhead daily human resources workflows, capturing everything from talent acquisition and onboarding to staff engagement and performance oversight. Partner with executive leadership and front-office management to roll out updated policies, training programs, and statutory employment law updates. Champion employee relations by acting as the primary, go-to resource for internal staff inquiries and proactively resolving workplace matters. Orchestrate comprehensive onboarding paths and new-hire orientations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Monitor evolving labor regulations and industry best practices to provide actionable compliance insights to senior management. Fuel the design and execution of progressive talent management strategies across the corporate footprint. Govern the integrity of corporate personnel files, ensuring database records and documentation remain precise and current. Cultivate an inclusive, positive, and values-driven corporate culture across the local office.
Qualifications / Who
are we looking for
Credentials:
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, an equivalent HR professional certification, or matching practical experience.
Background:
Brings at least 1 year of dedicated experience operating in an HR Coordinator, Specialist, or Generalist capacity.
Functional Expertise:
Demonstrates a deep grasp of core HR disciplines, including recruitment, training, performance tracking, and retention.
Technical Savvy:
Expertly navigates MS Excel (including formulas, pivots, charts, and v-lookups) and MS Word; background utilizing an HRIS like ADP WorkforceNow or Cornerstone is highly preferred.
Communication Skills:
Exhibits top-tier verbal and written communication abilities to convey corporate messaging effectively.
Diplomacy:
Protects organizational integrity by managing sensitive, confidential situations with extreme tact and professionalism.
