Job Description:
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of a high volume of hourly employee lifecycle transactions and core HR operational processes. This role serves as a key partner to HR Business Partners, Benefits, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and site leadership, ensuring data integrity in the HRIS, adherence to internal controls, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements. The role also drives process improvement initiatives and supports HR programs and system implementations.
Responsibilities include:
Own and execute employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS Ensure compliance and data integrity by maintaining system generated reporting, creating custom reporting if needed, and preparing data for audits. Manage the shared inbox which may include various employee generated requests for changes to employee files, invoicing requests, and requests from outside parties for information. Support in the design, implementation, and maintenance of standardized HR operational tools and digital solutions, converting manual processes into scalable workflows and driving continuous process improvements. Support site?level HR program initiatives, process updates, and system implementations. Partner cross?functionally for projects or process improvements. Must handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements for the role:
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in HR operations, HR d Services, or HR system administration Deep experience and high comfort with HR systems (UKG Ultipro preferred, but not required) Work experience in an HR department that operates in unionized environments and across multiple states is highly preferred High attention to detail with strong documentation and data validation skills Comfortable with hybrid schedule 2 days from home, 3 days in office.
