The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to one (1) year. Under general supervision, performs analytical and technical human resources work in various areas of the Human Resources Department; and performs related duties as assigned.

Position Information:
The standard schedule for this position is Monday

  • 5:30pm (4-day work week) This position may be eligible for remote work up to one day per week upon completion of initial probationary period Work schedules and remote work opportunities are subject to change.
Salary placement for non-represented positions is based on a comprehensive compensation review and takes into consideration the candidate's qualifications as well as internal equity.

  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Business or Public Administration, or a closely related field Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience working in employee and labor relations or talent acquisition/recruitment in a human resources department

An equivalent combination of related training and experience may be considered Must possess and maintain a valid Nevada or "border state" driver' license, as defined by NRS 483 Must pass a nationwide fingerprint-based records check, and a wants/warrants check Must complete Security Awareness and National Crime Information Center (NCIC)/Nevada Criminal Justice Information System (NCJIS) certification within six months of hire/transfer and be recertified every two years.
