Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to play a key role in fostering positive employee experience and advancing corporate culture initiatives. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for both manufacturing and corporate roles while supporting day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in recruiting, broad HR knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with people. This individual will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, helping to drive engagement, support HR initiatives, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting for various positions across the organization Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection processes Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms Maintain Paylocity applicant tracking system and candidate communications Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment processes Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Human Resources Administer onboarding and orientation for new employees Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, benefits, compensation, and employee issues Maintain HRIS (Paylocity) employee data, online personnel files and HR documentation Administer benefits enrollment using HRIS (Paylocity), leaves of absence, WA L&I/Workers Compensation, unemployment and compensation Support performance review and employee training & development Help organize and develop morale events and team building activities for employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR and safety policies with professionalism and confidentiality Support HR reporting, audits, and special projects as needed Ability to work onsite in Everett, Washington Monday thru Thursday & work from home on Friday.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role, including strong recruiting experience. Proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of employment laws and experience with HRIS systems (i.e. Paylocity, Paycom, ADP WFN, etc.). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a manufacturing environment is nice to have
Education:
BA/BS in human resources, business or related field preferred. PHR, SPHR or GPHR preferred We recognize that our success depends on our people!
