Flexible Hybrid Work Schedule LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing client's team in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to support a dynamic workforce in a collaborative and professional environment. The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and leave of absence management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing employee benefits, including enrollments, employee support, vendor communication, and resolving benefit-related issues. Experience administering leave of absence programs such asFMLA, CFRA, ADA
accommodations, and workers' compensation is required. Job Duties Manage daily HR operations and employee support functions Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries Handle leave of absence administration, includingFMLA, CFRA, ADA
accommodations, and workers' compensation Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and offboarding processes Partner with managers regarding employee relations and performance concerns Assist with policy implementation and HR process improvements Coordinate with benefit vendors and assist with open enrollment processes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations Support recruitment efforts, scheduling, and candidate communication Qualifications 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred Experience with benefits administration and leave of absence management required Knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, workers' compensation, and California labor laws Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPosition Details:
