Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist with strong experience in payroll administration and full-cycle recruiting. This role supports daily HR operations, ensures accurate payroll processing, and helps attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate payroll reporting and audits
  • Manage benefits deductions and timekeeping systems
  • Address employee payroll inquiries Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting
  • Collaborate with hiring managers
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate interviews and offer letters
  • Support employer branding efforts General HR Support
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data
  • Support benefits and engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Support performance management processes Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of HR experience with payroll and recruiting exposure
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR practices
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP, Workday, Paychex, etc.)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
