As HR Generalist you will enjoy: Competitive Compensation This role offers a starting salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus profit sharing. About the Role As HR Generalist, you will deliver HR services that support our client's rapidly expanding workforce. You will partner closely with leadership, serve as a trusted resource to employees, and help reinforce their unique culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for a HR professional ready to take on more responsibility, gain broad exposure, and grow alongside a company that truly invests in its people. While your primary focus will be HR, you may occasionally pitch in to support our administrative team during PTO, sick leave, or peak workload periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers on role requirements Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and the full offer process Onboarding & Separations Conduct onboarding, orientations, HRIS setup, and promote company culture Manage all separation activities, including offboarding and exit interviews Training & Development Oversee annual performance reviews and support development planning Coordinate training, documentation, and succession planning efforts HR Compliance & Employee Relations Ensure legal compliance, maintain personnel files, and uphold confidentiality Provide first-line employee support and partner with the HR provider, Adams Keegan HRIS & Benefits Administration Maintain accurate HRIS data and support benefits questions and enrollment Recommend and implement HR process improvements Backup Administrative Support Provide infrequent ad hoc support with phones, clerical needs, and customer support. The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of HR generalist experience preferred Solid understanding of HR best practices, recruitment, HRIS, and compliance Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Utmost professionalism and confidentiality; ability to shift priorities smoothly PHR or SHRM-CP a plus
