Opportunity :
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level. The specialist coordinates several areas, including data upkeep and reporting, recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding. The position will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, hiring processes, etc; refers more complex questions to the Director of Human Resources Builds knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law Coordinates ADP Human Resource Capital Management programs including Onboarding, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition modules. Coordinates and maintains full-cycle employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire talent, delivering structured onboarding for seamless integration, and administering compliant separation procedures while maintaining positive employee experience and accurate HR records Assists in the development of Procedures and Guidelines for all HR processes and confidential personnel files Assists the Director of Human Resources with various HR projects
