This is an immediate hire 1099 independent contractor position. Scope of work includes (but not limited to):
- Posting Jobs on Indeed
- Sourcing Candidates
- Sending Onboarding Paperwork to Candidates using DocuSign
- Ensuring Compliance and completed paperwork is submitted on time
- Will be responsible for onboarding Field Inspectors, Sales Consultants, Vendors and Specialty Contractors to service our accounts.
- Oversee recruitment and Training and Onboarding
- Assist with developing training materials for Affiliates and BNB Networks Team
- Assist with facilitating Affiliate informationals virtually
- Shall post and source emergency jobs as required by CEO
- Shall be responsible for Hiring, Implementing Corrective Action Plans and Firing Consultants and Affiliates
- Shall develop all HR policy, safety training policies, and Contractor Handbooks
- Shall oversee BNB Networks Training Materials and SOPs
- Assist with maintaining and developing strategic team development goals.
