Job Description

Description Pitney Bowes Inc. has an opening for the role of People Analytics Analyst recruiting out of Shelton, CT. This position is 100% remote; may work from home. Act as analytics liaison for HR Business Partners, providing data insights. Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate workforce trends and metrics. Conduct analyses to identify key drivers, patterns, and trends across various HR domains. Aggregate and manipulate data from multiple sources to support reporting needs. Collaborate with external vendors to collect market data and establish benchmarking standards. Translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives for HR and business leadership. Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources Analytics, or a related field and at least 1 year of experience as an Analyst or in a related role in a Human Resources or People Analytics environment.
Must also possess the following:
At least 1 year of experience with HR, talent and compensation related data; at least 1 year of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms; at least 1 year of experience with SQL and/or programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS; at least 1 year of experience reporting with Workday; at least 1 year of experience in analyzing HR data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights/recommendations for stakeholders; and demonstrable experience with communicating complex information to technical and non-technical audiences. Approximately 40 hours per week; the salary range for this position is at least $74,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
