Per HR Job Summary:
- This is a hybrid contract position based in either Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA.
- The role involves leading and managing projects related to HR or Learning and Talent Development.
- Responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, including planning and implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and systems teams to manage technical dependencies and solution alignment.
- Facilitate working sessions and ensure effective communication of risks, issues, and impacts.
- Maintain project momentum through proactive risk management and change control.
- Contribute to portfolio governance by delivering accurate status reporting and supporting prioritization.
Qualifications:
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in HR or Learning and Talent Development is desired.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
