Per HR Job Summary:
  • This is a hybrid contract position based in either Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA.
  • The role involves leading and managing projects related to HR or Learning and Talent Development.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, including planning and implementation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and systems teams to manage technical dependencies and solution alignment.
  • Facilitate working sessions and ensure effective communication of risks, issues, and impacts.
  • Maintain project momentum through proactive risk management and change control.
  • Contribute to portfolio governance by delivering accurate status reporting and supporting prioritization.
Qualifications:
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience in HR or Learning and Talent Development is desired.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
