Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project / Operations Manager to support strategic workforce and operational initiatives within a research focused environment. This role will partner closely with leadership, HR teams, and cross functional stakeholders to improve employee engagement, organizational culture, and talent related programs. The ideal candidate will coordinate projects, analyze workforce metrics, support communication initiatives, and help drive operational excellence across the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to execute onboarding, career development, and employee support initiatives Coordinate projects related to employee engagement and organizational culture programs Support implementation of operational initiatives aligned with research and organizational goals Track and analyze engagement, retention, and talent development metrics Facilitate employee surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs Support internal communication and collaboration platforms including SharePoint and related systems Prepare project updates, reports, and operational insights for stakeholders and leadership teams Identify process improvement opportunities related to talent management and organizational effectiveness Support change management activities during implementation of new programs and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or related field 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or operations management Experience supporting employee engagement, talent strategy, or organizational culture initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience coordinating cross functional projects from initiation through completion Analytical experience with metrics tracking and reporting insights
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within life sciences, research, or technical environments Experience using SharePoint, Unily, or related collaboration platforms Experience supporting organizational development or HR programs Familiarity with employee engagement surveys and feedback systems
