Job Description
May Trucking Company has an opening for a Recruiting Specialist in Brooks, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pre-hire communications, coordinating with school recruiters, handling inquiries, and preparing reports to ensure an efficient recruitment process. Job Duties:
- Manage pre-hire letters
- Coordinate with school recruiters
- Handle inbound calls and return voicemails
- Respond to social media inquiries
- Prepare weekly reports
- Compile monthly reports
- Book travel arrangements
- Verify orientation dates and clean up forecasts
- Handle travel issues
- Orientation preparation

Monday- Friday, 8 am
- 5 pm
Compensation:
$18- $21 per hour
