Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Training Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales training programs that empower our sales teams to excel. In this role, you will design engaging learning experiences, leverage innovative learning technologies, and implement effective training strategies to enhance sales performance across the organization. Your expertise in curriculum development, adult education principles, and program management will drive continuous improvement and talent development. Responsibilities Develop and refine sales training curricula using instructional design models such as ADDIE to ensure effective learning outcomes. Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules utilizing tools like Adobe Captivate and LMS platforms. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align training programs with organizational goals, talent management strategies, and succession planning efforts. Manage the onboarding process for new sales employees through comprehensive employee orientation programs. Utilize data collection, research, and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Lead change management initiatives related to sales processes, technology adoption, and organizational design adjustments. Facilitate public speaking engagements, presentations, and mentoring sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning. Oversee program management responsibilities including scheduling, resource allocation, content development, and stakeholder communication. Support employee evaluation processes by integrating training outcomes with performance management systems such as Workday or Human Capital Management (HCM) tools. Maintain expertise in learning technology platforms like SharePoint, HRIS systems such as HRIS or Workday, and CRM tools like Salesforce to enhance training delivery. Experience Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programs within a corporate environment. Demonstrated ability to utilize learning technology tools such as Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, SharePoint, and HRIS systems effectively. Excellent communication skills with experience in public speaking, presentation delivery, and coaching or mentoring roles. Familiarity with talent management practices including succession planning, employee evaluation, and performance management systems. Experience working within human resources or human capital management functions is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
