Full Job Description General Summary:
Talent development is evolving—and so are we. We're seeking a Senior Talent Development Specialist who brings a forward-thinking approach to building capabilities, leveraging data, and creating engaging learning experiences that drive real behavior change across the organization. Based in our West Trenton, New Jersey corporate office, the Senior Talent Development Specialist partners with HRBPs and business leaders to design and deliver learning and development solutions that help employees reach their fullest potential and cultivate high functioning teams.
Hours :
8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday with additional hours as required. This is a hybrid position, but the successful candidate will be working 100% on-site in the West Trenton corporate office for the first 90-days during their acclimation to the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential functions of this job are listed below in order of priority. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential duties. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is an essential function of the job. Partner with the Talent Development Team, HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders to identify performance gaps, design customized learning solutions, etc. Deliver formal and informal learning solutions, including presentations, workshops, training, and events via both in-person and virtual platforms Lead and facilitate large-scale events and programs Apply project management skills to organize resources for all phases of projects Develop evaluation tools to evaluate learning program outcomes and job-relatedness of training Conduct follow-up surveys and/or interviews with participants and managers to evaluate program impact Assist TD Management with sourcing and vendor selection Conduct evening new hire orientation on rare occasion, if required
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge, skills & abilities, experience, minimum & desired education, certification and/or license requirements. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Training, Organizational Development, or other discipline 6+ years of training, facilitation, and/or OD experience specifically developing and delivering training for blended learning environments Familiar with Adult Learning principles and learning evaluation metrics Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach Superior skills with presenting information to small and large audiences Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Must have reliable transportation to travel to NJM offices in Hammonton and Parsippany, New Jersey as required (minimal travel)

Related training and development certification preferred

Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
Pay Range:
$84,610-$106,604 Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave. Employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
