Ideal Experie nce5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and support experience across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Tale nt.
Demonstrated proficiency building advanced and matrix reports, calculated fields, and dashboards within Workd ay.
Deep understanding of HR data, HR operations, and Workday platform best practic es.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business partne rs.
Workday Pro certification(s) strongly preferr ed. What You'll Do.
Skills Used in this PositionOwn configuration and ongoing maintenance of Workday business processes, security, and notifications spanning Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent modu les.
Design and maintain advanced reports, matrix reports, calculated fields, and dashboards that enable data-driven HR and business decision-mak ing.
Partner with HR, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday soluti ons.
Lead execution of annual cyclical processes within Workday including Open Enrollment, Merit and Compensation cycles, and Performance Managem ent.
Champion data integrity through proactive audits, mass data loads, and disciplined security role administrat ion.
Identify manual or inefficient workflows and propose system-driven improvements that increase accuracy and scale with organizational gro wth.
