Job Description:
Akkodis, Inc. is seeking a full-time direct hire SuccessFactors LMS Analyst for a hybrid role with a global industry leader near Cleveland, OH. The SuccessFactors LMS Analyst will support and optimize our enterprise learning technology landscape, with primary ownership of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) and growing responsibilities within the Workday ecosystem. Qualifications include 3+ years of HRIT systems analyst experience and SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) configuration.
Salary Range:

SuccessFactors LMS Analyst Job Responsibilities Include :
Serve as the functional and technical lead for SuccessFactors Learning, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization Manage ongoing LMS system configuration, testing and deployments Consults with and collaborates with learning administrators for optimization and automation opportunities to support the business needs and alignment with functional enhancements Manage end-to-end LMS operations, including course/catalog structure, curricula, assignments, compliance training, and learning history Lead enhancements, releases, and system updates, including regression testing and validation Drive Continuous Improvement & Transformation by identifying opportunities to streamline and improve user experience, system capabilities, and learning enablement Partner with HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders to align learning processes with business needs Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance Manage third-party learning content providers and integrations Workday Alignment & Cross-System Support Operate within the HRIT support model, aligning processes, ticket management, and governance with HR standards and SLA's Develop working knowledge of Workday HCM, security, and business processes Support integration points between Workday and SuccessFactors LMS Collaborate with Workday systems analysts on cross-functional initiatives Contribute to a unified employee experience across platforms Named point-of-contact with SuccessFactors Operations, Support & Service Delivery Provide Tier 1-2 support for system issues and inquiries via ServiceNow and Workday Help Troubleshoot system defects, integration failures, and data discrepancies Manage and prioritize enhancement requests Create and maintain documentation and user guides Deliver end-user training
Qualifications:
3+ years of HRIT systems analyst experience and SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) configuration Experience in configuration, testing, and support Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow / Workday Help Preferred Qualifications (Plusses only) Experience or exposure to Workday HCM Experience supporting multi-platform HR environments Understanding of learning and compliance processes Integration and vendor experience SuccessFactors certifications Experience in regulated environments If you are interested in this hybrid full-time direct SuccessFactors LMS Analyst near Cleveland, OH please click
