  • Talent Management Senior Specialist (Workday / Workforce Analyst)
  • for a
  • remote
  • role. This specialist will serve as the system and analytics owner for the Talent Management lifecycle. This role owns the Workday experience for performance management, talent assessments, succession planning, and delivers workforce insights that enable better talent and business decisions.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • + Own and optimize Workday Talent Management processes, including performance management, talent assessments, and succession planning + Build and deliver advanced Workday reports and dashboards for leaders and HR partners + Translate talent and workforce data into clear, actionable insights + Support workforce planning, people reviews, and succession discussions with strong analytics + Partner closely with Talent Strategy, HRIS, HRBPs, and business leaders + Continuously improve and scale talent processes through system enhancements •
Skills and Qualifications:
  • + Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Analytics, or HRIS + Hands on experience with Workday Talent Management and reporting + Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story with data + Experience supporting workforce planning or strategic people analytics + Ability to work independently and influence without authority
  • Wage Range
  • : The rate for this position is between
  • $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
  • , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
