Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant - HR Solutions with strong functional expertise, project management capabilities, and deep experience in HR Solutions Center. The ideal candidate will design and implement HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborate with HR stakeholders, and lead end-to-end project delivery. Functional Responsibilities Partner with HR teams to gather and analyze business requirements Translate HR processes into scalable ServiceNow solutions Provide functional expertise in HRSD design and implementation Define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria Lead UAT, end-user training, and documentation for HR solutions Project Management Lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations and enhancements Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Manage stakeholder communication across HR, IT, and leadership teams Identify and mitigate risks, track issues, and ensure smooth delivery Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
