Workforce Analyst Chatsworth, CA - Hybrid (3 days in Office) Key Needs of the Role Coordinate HR projects and ensure cross-functional alignment, timelines, and deliverables Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization Manage and enhance HR dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools Analyze workforce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities (engagement, retention, lifecycle) Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and presentations Support survey programs and employee data collection initiatives Continuously improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities Core Requirements 3+ years in People Analytics / workforce data analysis Experience with Workday reporting (including calculated fields) Strong data analysis, statistical, and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau/SQL) Ability to communicate insights clearly and partner with HR leadership Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
