Workforce Analytics Specialist Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted sourcing to identify and engage qualified candidates for open roles Act as advocate/ombudsman for veteran and military-connected employee experience across global footprint Serve as an integrated member of the Enterprise Military-Connected & Veteran Program to align local initiatives with enterprise strategy and share scalable practices across regions Provide hands-on data analytics and MS Power Platform development to operationalize that work, plus support in turning analysis into executive-ready deliverables Assist with comprehensive value-stream mapping and process analysis of the full veteran employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, transition, and alumni engagement. Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and high-impact opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative methods (focus groups, interviews, observation, surveys, data analysis). Design and document future-state veteran journey maps and persona-based experience flows that reflect local military backgrounds, cultural contexts, job types, and technology access. Develop differentiated experience and retention strategies tailored to geographic regions, work settings, and veteran cohorts. Minimum Qualifications Strong data analytics experience Experience using AI tools for research, reporting or insights Familiarity with AI-powered CLI tools (Codex, Cloud Code, etc.) Ability to work with and integrate datasets Military/veteran recruiting or military-connected experience (preferred) Ability to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and paginated reports — data modeling, DAX, and visual design ready for senior leaders Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams across frontline, technical, and office environments. Direct personal experience serving in a military, with familiarity of the veteran experience and transition challenges Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and change management skills. Ability to translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into practical, scalable solutions. Experience collaborating with enterprise-level programs or cross-functional enterprise councils to drive strategy and alignment. Experience in turning analysis into executive deliverables: PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, and white-paper-supporting exhibits aligned to the team's framework and messaging Desired Qualifications Background in sourcing for mechanical, manufacturing, or technician-type role Experience partnering with Veteran Support Organizations and veteran networks Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Process Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, related field, or military equivalent education Certification in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, etc.). Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and employee-facing technologies. 4+ years building production Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report design) for non-technical leadership audiences. Demonstrated Power Apps and Power Automate delivery, including SharePoint and Teams integration. Strong data wrangling:
SQL and/or Power Query (M), Excel at an advanced level Proven ability to produce clean, executive-grade PowerPoint and written deliverables — not just charts, but narrative. Self-directed; can take an ambiguous ask and return a working artifact with minimal supervision.
