Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:

Morning Star Home Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily human resources operations and help ensure a positive and compliant work environment for all staff. Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment efforts including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Support payroll and benefits administration Address employee inquiries and provide HR support as needed Assist with performance management and staff engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems Knowledge of healthcare or home care industry is a plus
