March 31, 2026 HR Generalist Elgin, SC Starting at $60,000 / per year Full time Apply Now Back Job Description This will be a blended role involving General Human resources and Accounts recivable duties. See below. Human Resources duties Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Support recruitment, onboarding, background checks, and new hire documentation. Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and policy communication. Coordinate employee relations activities and company events. Prepare HR reports and support HR Manager and leadership as needed. Accounts Receivable / Administrative duties Process incoming payments and maintain accounts receivable records. Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and discrepancies. Perform basic account reconciliations and monthly reporting. Maintain financial files and assist with vendor/customer communication. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in HR, accounting, or related field (manufacturing preferred).
