Job Description:

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting the hiring and onboarding process for new employees while ensuring all required documentation and training are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process new hire onboarding Assist employees with onboarding paperwork and system access Maintain employee records and ensure document accuracy Communicate with candidates, supervisors, and HR teams Schedule orientations, trainings, and onboarding appointments Support general administrative and office duties

Requirements:

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Microsoft Office skills are required (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus
