Job Description

Human Resources Generalist Location:
Greer, SC Pay:
$65k-$68k The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day HR operations at our Greer, South Carolina, facility while partnering with leadership to deliver effective, consistent, and compliant HR support. This role also provides HR support to our McPherson, KS location, helping to ensure alignment and strong employee experience across sites. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply, but this is not required. Why Join US Opportunity to make an immediate impact in a growing manufacturing environment Exposure to multi-site HR support and leadership partnership A role with both strategic input and hands-on involvement Collaborative team environment that values consistency, integrity, and accountability Ability to grow your HR skillset across employee relations, operations, and compliance Key Responsibilities Manage HRIS, employee records, and HR process Lead recruiting efforts for nonexempt and contingent roles Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation Serve as a resource for employee relations, coaching, and support Administer benefits and support open enrollment Review timecards and provide backup payroll support Assist with FMLA, workers' compensation, and unemployment Support compliance with federal and state employment laws Partner with leadership at the Kansas facility on HR-related needs Support safety initiatives and maintain OSHA documentation
Qualifications Required:
3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws Experience with
HRIS and Microsoft Office Preferred:
Bachelor's degree HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) Manufacturing experience Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Additional Details Travel:
