Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Human Resources professional to support our HR team in various functions essential to organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in human resources management, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to workforce development, employee engagement, and HR operations within a dynamic environment. The position is designed for individuals committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Responsibilities Assist in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and social media management platforms. Support onboarding and employee orientation initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Contribute to employee evaluation processes, performance management, and training & development programs. Maintain accurate HR data entry and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. Aid in benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and compliance with benefits policies. Help coordinate employee relations activities and conflict management efforts to promote a positive work environment. Support compliance with OSHA, FMLA, workers' compensation, and affirmative action planning requirements. Assist with project management tasks related to organization design, succession planning, and workforce management initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or administrative support within HR functions. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Taleo, iCIMS, Lever, or Paylocity. Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and relevant compliance standards. Experience with HRIS systems including Workday, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, or Ceridian is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and entry. Basic understanding of payroll systems such as Paychex or Dayforce is advantageous. Organizational skills complemented by project management experience are preferred for effective workflow coordination.
